Prompt - Write in the form of a recipe Living @ 40 This ones easy. The 30s was a shocker,  top of the hill, all too early,  but it’s aftertaste makes the transition easier.  First, perforce take a stock of your wide and varied accumulations of love, hatred, regret, health,  in a few cases wealth and  maybe the salt and pepper in your hair.  Next begin with generous  doses of friends and family,  who by now are a lot easier on the eye  t han before and must be kept close at hand  as required binding agents  to the rest of the upcoming forty. The larger the space in the heart,  the better it is  to process all the  emotions with spoonfuls of warmth.  That is the fire,  that is the pot,  that is where most of the  burning and cooling will take place. In the process the mind  subtlety enlarges and thoughts get clarified.  When it gets too hot to handle  which it will from time to time,  with fears, anxieties, despair
